This covers go.instarep.io, where business owners answer a few questions and book a call with InstaRep Ads. The rest of InstaRep is covered by our company policy at instarep.io/privacy.

What we collect

Your answers to our questions, and the contact details you type in: company name, your name, email and mobile number. If you book a call, its time and your time zone. If you become a client, the details you give on our onboarding form.

How we use it

To decide whether we're a fit, schedule and hold your call, send you emails about it (and texts if you ask for them), make sample ads for your business to show on the call, and, if you become a client, run your ads.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this for us: Google (calendar invite and Meet link), our email and text providers, Stripe (payments) and our database host. This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure our own Facebook and Instagram ads (a visit, finishing the questions, booking a call), so Meta receives that activity. We don't sell your information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the box to get text reminders about your call (InstaRep call reminders), we text you about that call only: a confirmation, reminders before it with the meeting link, and a link to pick a new time if we miss each other, up to 5 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
